Our take

Buy it if you're building a fitness or health tracker and need a Figma base you can restyle fast — the 70+ screens lean on soft lavender cards and rounded progress dials, and the style guide keeps type and spacing consistent. Auto layout across components means real editing, not redrawing, and the daily-progress and sleep-tracker views cover the core loop. Trade-off: the look is friendly and pastel-leaning, so a hard-edged, data-dense dashboard would need real rework.
