Our take
Buy it if you're an art director, studio or photographer whose portfolio lives or dies on imagery — the black canvas and four-up project grid put the work first and keep the type out of the way. It reads as a personal site rather than a corporate one, which suits freelancers pitching directly to clients. Weigh the trade-off: a layout this dependent on strong visuals will feel thin if your projects are text-heavy, documentation or light-mode UI work.
What you get
- Four-up project grid for case studies
- Client logo lockups on each tile
- Intro block with name, role and location
- Dark layout built for full-bleed imagery
