Our take
Buy it if your work is the argument and your site just needs to get out of the way. The cover commits hard to that: one full-bleed portrait, a bilingual name lockup, and a plain "Independent Creative Studio" line, which tells you the layout is built around imagery rather than around features. The trade-off is the same thing that makes it good — it's thin. Bring strong photographs and expect to add your own project, services, and contact structure; this isn't the pick for text-heavy or commerce-led sites.
What you get
- Full-bleed photographic hero image
- Bilingual name lockup (Mika Kujo みかくじょう)
- Studio descriptor line
- Film-grain, editorial image treatment
