MANIC Erratic Handwritten Font

Our take

Buy this if you need display type that looks genuinely scrawled rather than font-clean — it's for posters, zine covers, and music or event artwork where a careful grotesque would read as too tidy. The mixed caps-and-lowercase letterforms give it a jotted, unhinged rhythm straight out of the cover, and the single regular weight keeps the decision simple. The trade-off: one weight only and letterforms this erratic get tiring at paragraph sizes, so keep it at headline scale.

What you get

• Single regular weight
• Erratic caps-and-lowercase letterforms
• Hand-scrawled display alphabet
• Marker-style drawn strokes
