Buy it if you're building an AI assistant, chatbot or prompt-based mobile product and want a Figma starting point instead of drawing chat bubbles from scratch. The chat thread with prompt and image-result states is the useful part, since that's usually the fiddliest screen to design. Workable for a quick prototype or a client pitch. Trade-off: it's iOS-framed and chatbot-specific, so other app types will need real reworking, and you'll write your own copy.
